Please carefully read the following steps to request the permanent deletion of your V Membership account:

1. Fill in the Profile Deletion Request Form: Please complete the Profile Deletion Request Form below with accurate information. This will help us identify and locate your account in our system.
2. Review and Verification by V Membership Admin Team: Once you submit the Profile Deletion Request Form, our dedicated admin team will review your request. In some cases, we may need to contact you to verify your identity and ensure the authenticity of the request. This step is essential to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
3. Approval and Deletion Confirmation: After verifying your request, we will proceed with the permanent deletion of your V Membership account. This can take up to 2 weeks depending on how quickly our team can verify your account and your request. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email notification confirming the successful deletion. Please note that this action is irreversible and all records associated with your account, including purchases, claims, and any points or rewards earned, will be permanently deleted from our system.
